Mayfield Man Charged with Illegal Sale of Alcohol

MAYFIELD, KY - A Mayfield man was arrested Thursday on drug and alcohol related charges. Detectives began investigating after receiving information that illegal activity was taking place on East South Street in Mayfield.

Detectives observed several individuals entering and leaving a home located at 328 East South Street in Mayfield. The investigation revealed that 59-year-old Nathan Biggers of Mayfield was illegally selling alcohol in a dry/moist option territory. 

A search of the home produced an amount of alcohol for resale and other evidence relating to the sale of alcohol. Also an amount of crack cocaine along with drug paraphernalia was located inside the residence.

Biggers was lodged in the Graves County Jail and charged with illegal sale of alcohol in moist territory second offense and possession of controlled substance first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
