Standardized field sobriety tests were conducted and Engard was arrested for DUI. A K-9 unit was called to the scene and located some methamphetamine, drug scales, clear baggies, and money suspected to be proceeds from the drug sales in the vehicle.
Engard was lodged at the Graves County Jail and charged with operating on a suspended or revoked operators license, DUI-third offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, and trafficking in methamphetamine.
