Mayfield Woman Jailed on Meth, DUI Charges

MAYFIELD, KY - A Graves County woman has been arrested on DUI and drug charges. A Graves County sheriff’s deputy made a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Dana Gilbert of Mayfield on Tuesday. According to the deputy, Gilbert appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance. 

The deputy administered several field sobriety tests and Gilbert was placed under arrest.  Once arrested, Gilbert told the deputy that she had a container with methamphetamine hidden in her bra. 

Gilbert was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was lodged in the Graves County Jail.
