Missing ATV Leads to Three Livingston Co. Arrests

LEDBETTER, KY - Three people have been arrested after an ATV was reported missing in Ledbetter.
On June 29, John Calhoun of Ledbetter reported that someone had stolen his 2010 Polaris 4x4 ATV, worth approximately $11,000.
Deputy Kenneth Vincent investigated the incident with the assistance of the victim. On Friday, July 6, the ATV was found on the near some sand piles near the IMI property in Ledbetter, in the possession of Lance Fuller.
Fuller stated that he had gotten the ATV for a test drive from Angie and Michael Shaffer of Sheila Drive in Ledbetter, and that he was considering buying it.
Subsequent investigation revealed that the Shaffers had stolen the ATV, and Fuller later admitted that he knew the ATV was stolen and had agreed to keep it for the Shaffers.
Angie Shaffer, Michael Shaffer and Lance Fuller were charged with receiving stolen property over $500 and were lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
