Names of Two Killed in Crash on I-69 Released
By AP
DAWSON SPRINGS, KY - The names of two people killed Wednesday in an accident involving a motorcycle and a sport-utility vehicle on I-69 have been released.

Kentucky State Police say 65-year-old Edsel R. Zint of Evansville and his wife, 64-year-old Kathryn L. Zint, died on the scene.

Police said a northbound SUV driven by 34-year-old Mary J. Moore of Louisville went off the left shoulder, and she overcorrected and lost control of the vehicle. It turned sideways and traveled into the median, became airborne and hit the southbound motorcycle. Moore and her husband, 41-year-old Keith A. Moore, were taken to a local hospital.

Southbound lanes of Interstate 69 (formerly West Kentucky Parkway) were closed for several hours between the Edward T. Breathitt Pennyrile Parkway and the Dawson Springs exit as a result of the wreck.
