One Arrested, One Cited After Shots Fired Call

FANCY FARM - One person was arrested and another cited to court after police responded to call about shots being fired in Fancy Farm.

Kentucky State Police responded to a home on Willett Street early Sunday morning. Troopers searched the home and reportedly found approximately 40 pounds of marijuana, nine firearms and $800 in cash believed to be the proceeds of illegal drug sales.

Troopers arrested 26-year-old Robert Higgins of Fancy Farm on a charge of trafficking in marijuana. He was lodged in the Graves County Jail.

Twenty-six-year-old Miranda Rodgers of Mayfield was charged with trafficking in marijuana. She was cited to court due to a medical condition.
