Deputies said a vehicle driven by Juan Pablo Rodriguez, of Murray, was northbound on KY 440 and a vehicle driven by Charles Steve Freeman, of Arlington was eastbound on KY 408. Freeman told police he did not see Rodriguez and struck his vehicle in the left side.
Rodriguez was checked by EMS and refused transport to a hospital. Freeman was transported to Baptist Health Paducah for treatment of his injuries.
