One Injured in Murray Collision

MURRAY - An injury collision on Thursday sent a Murray man to the hospital.

At 10:25 am, the Murray Police Department responded to the intersection of Main Street and 8th Street. Forty-seven-year-old Denise Baker of Murray said she had temporarily parked her vehicle in Main Street's eastbound lane when a vehicle driving west struck her vehicle.

The other driver, 76-year-old James Carrico, told officers he could not recall what happened.

Carrico was taken to the emergency room for treatment of possible injuries.
