The Marshall County Sheriff's Office says deputies received information on the whereabouts of Joseph Bentkowski. He was wanted on a Marshall County indictment warrant for drug-related offenses.
Deputies responded to the home in question to find a rear door ajar. Deputies called the homeowner and he gave them permission to enter.
Deputies called out for Bentkowski to show himself and he complied. Bentkowski was served the indictment warrant. He was also charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.
