WESTPLAINS, KY - A Paducah woman has been arrested after an area burglary, and a man wanted in the case is still on the loose.

On Thursday around 5:00 pm, Kentucky State Police responded to a home in Westplains, in northern Graves County, where a burglary had allegedly occurred. An investigation led troopers to a home on Florida Street in Paducah, where 22-year-old Haley Boggs and 32-year-old Richard Middleton were interviewed. During the interview, troopers spotted several items from the burglary in the home.

When police got a warrant for the home and returned, Middleton was spotted as he ran out the back door, and has still not been located. Following the search of the home, vehicle, and out-building, all of the missing items were found and returned to the victim.

Boggs was arrested for receiving stolen property under $10,000, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges are pending for Middleton.
