Patrols Lead to Arrest of Three Grand Rivers Men

Three Livingston County men face burglary and other charges.

The Livingston County Sheriff's Office says deputies have recently utilized saturation patrols in the Grand Rivers area from midnight until 6:00am to address the burglary and theft problem residents have been experiencing. Those patrols have led to the arrest of 51-year-old Thomas Woodruff Jr., 43-year-old Philip Goff and 32-year-old Jacob Weaver, all of Grand Rivers.

Woodruff is charged with two counts of 3rd degree burglary, one count of 2nd degree burglary, fleeing or evading police, criminal mischief and resisting arrest. Goff faces a 3rd degree burglary charge and Weaver is charged with possession of controlled substance and being in possession of a vehicle with an altered vehicle identification number.
