Prosecutors have offered a plea agreement to a woman charged with killing a teenage motorcyclist while driving while intoxicated near Bowling Green.

Warren County Commonwealth's Attorney Chris Cohron told The Daily News that he made the offer this week to 28-year-old Kathy Ann Keller. Keller is charged with murder, two counts of wanton endangerment and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants.

Police say Keller was driving her Jeep SUV with her two young children inside when it struck 18-year-old Alexander Harkins of Alvaton on June 25.

Cohron declined to say what the terms of the deal are.

Warren Circuit Court Judge John Grise ordered Keller to return to court on Nov. 3.
