Police Begin Fulton Death Investigation

FULTON, KY - Kentucky State Police have opened an investigation regarding the death of a Las Vegas man in Fulton.

Troopers say the remains of 39-year-old Forrest Daniel Sommerfield were identified by autopsy after they were discovered inside a property he owned in Fulton. It is believed that he has been deceased for at least one year.
Sommerfield purchased property on Martin Luther King Dr. in Fulton and on Burnett St. in Paducah in late 2010. 

The death investigation opened on March 12 of this year, after receiving a call from Fulton Police. Officers ask that anyone who had business dealings or other contact with Sommerfield from October, 2010, through December, 2011, contact them at 270-856-3721, or toll-free in Kentucky at 1-888-555-2222.
