Police Investigate Bomb Threat at Calloway High

MURRAY, KY - Police investigated a bomb threat Friday at a local high school. At approximately 1:55 pm, Kentucky State Police were contacted by the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office in reference to a bomb threat at Calloway County High School in Murray.
A threat indicating that there was a bomb in the school had been discovered in a girl’s bathroom. Emergency personnel from several agencies responded to the scene. Students were evacuated from the high school and the middle school was locked down.
A search of the school was conducted by officers but no explosives or explosive devices were located.
