Police say the woman is wanted for breaking into multiple vehicles and stealing purses, phones, and cash, among other items. The woman was captured in surveillance photos at a bank in Richmond, KY while attempting to withdraw money from a victim's account.
The woman was seen in a white SUV, with Florida tag AIF-I84. According to police, the tag is stolen and comes back to a trailer out of Florida. Police aren't sure if the woman is from Florida or just stole the tag while going through the state.
