Providence Woman Sentenced on Child Porn Charges

A Providence woman has pleaded guilty to distributing and receiving child pornography.

According to the plea agreement on September 25, 2017, 50-year-old Lucia C. Jenkins knowingly distributed and received child pornography. A federal grand jury indicted her on three charges on July 11, 2018.

Jenkins faces a mandatory minimum term of five years in prison and supervised release of at least five years. There is no parole in the federal system.
