Buchanan was charged with speeding 26 mph or more over the limit, fleeing or evading police in a vehicle and on foot, DUI with aggravating circumstances, driving on a suspended license with aggravating circumstances - 3rd offense, wanton endangerment, wanton endangerment of an officer, and failure to register a vehicle.

Molands was charged with fleeing or evading police on foot, possession of a controlled substance, prescription controlled substance not in proper container, possession of marijuana, carrying a concealed weapon and public intoxication by a controlled substance.

Both men were taken to Fulton County Detention Center and are scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday.
