School Closures Due to Severe Weather

Here are Kentucky and Illinois school closings for Wednesday, March 1 due to storm damage that came through the area last night and this morning. 

Kentucky
Ballard County - CLOSED - Damage reported at the high school. Ballard County Schools Public Relations Director Julie Thomas says most damage at the school has been repaired, and she anticipates they will be operating on a normal schedule on Thursday.


Illinois
Massac Unit 1 - CLOSED - no power
