Search for Missing boater now a Recovery Effort

WICKLIFFE, KY - The search for a missing boater has shifted into a recovery effort.
Ballard County Emergency Management Director Anita Bugg told the Paducah Sun that Ballard County rescue teams and Massac County squads will comb the banks of the river and will also continue to patrol the river throughout the day today, but will scale back the hours and the manpower.
Robert Goins, 43, of Villa Ridge, Ill., went missing Sunday evening when he fell from his boat into the Ohio River near the Mound City, Ill., boat ramp.
