Spring forest fire hazard season began last week, which means there are restrictions on when you can burn in Kentucky.

The Kentucky Division of Forestry says that during the period between February 15 and April 30, it is illegal to burn within 150 feet of any woodland or brushland between 6 am and 6 pm, unless the ground is covered with snow.
