Three people were arrested on drug charges in Graves County Monday after a call of a suspicious vehicle.

According to the Graves County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a subdivision just south of Mayfield Monday morning after a vehicle with a New York license plate showed up at a home under construction. When deputies arrived, they found 41-year-old Eric Douglas and Amber Sullivan, both of Mayfield, and 36-year-old Chad Allen, of Louisville.

Deputies were given permission to search the vehicle, where they reportedly found approximately one ounce of methamphetamine, along with digital scales and drug paraphernalia.

Douglas, Sullivan and Allen were arrested and lodged in the Graves County Jail. All three were charged with trafficking in meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Douglas and Sullivan were also charged with tampering with physical evidence. Allen was additionally charged with operating on a suspended license and failure to surrender suspended license.
