Tater Day Cancelled Again Due to COVID Concerns

BENTON - Tater Day festivities have been canceled for the second year in a row due to COVID-19 concerns.

In a Facebook post, city officials said it didn't make sense to hold the event when the county's COVID-19 case numbers are just now starting to go down. 

Although Tater Day will not take place, officials say they do have good things planned for the later summer months if COVID numbers continue to decline and more people get vaccinated.
