In response to the increased impact of COVID-19, KentuckyCare is implementing specific protocols based on the recommendations of the CDC.

Erica Miller-Duncan, Marketing Director for KentuckyCare, announced that as of Monday, March 16, 2020, KentuckyCare has implemented an organization-wide Telemedicine program, under the guidelines from the government and the CDC.

Patients are urged to call (870)-347-3461 or utilize virtualcarenow.arcare.net/users/sign_up/consumer to request a virtual appointment with an ARcare provider. During these appointments, patients can request medication refills, lab results, and receive acute care.

In an effort to reach patients who may have contracted Covid-19, and provide them with adequate care, we are encouraging self-screening via our link https://arcare.virtriage.com/#/arcarecovid19. Patients will answer a set of questions to determine if they are at risk for COVID-19.

KentuckyCare has multiple clinics in western Kentucky and will continue to provide care to patients during this time.
