A Tennessee man was extradited back to Kentucky from Alabama to face multiple indictments from a Fulton County Grand Jury.

According to the Fulton County Sheriff's Department, Union City, Tennessee resident Joe Busby, Jr. was extradited back to Fulton County from Alabama where he had been arrested on drug charges back in August.

Deputies say Busby was brought back to Kentucky to face charges that originate from a 20 mile high speed chase in June in Fulton County and Obion County, Tennessee.  Busby was indicted by the Fulton County Grand Jury on charges relating to that chase.

He is also charged with removing his electronic monitor after bailing out of jail from the chase.  No court date has been set at this time.
