Three Arrested in Murray Burglary, Assault

MURRAY - The investigation of a New Year's Day burglary and an assault in Murray resulted in the arrest of three people.
Murray Police learned that a burglary at a home on Kathy Drive was also connected to an assault that took place earlier that day, allegedly involving 18-year-old Jasten Murphy of Hazel.
Officers charged Murphy with second degree burglary, third degree terroristic threatening, second degree assault, and first degree criminal mischief.
Officers also charged 18-year-old Emily McLeod and 23-year-old Brian Craig, both of Murray, with second degree burglary and first degree criminal mischief. Craig was additionally charged with third degree terroristic threatening.
All three were lodged in the Calloway County Jail.
