Three Benton Men Charged with Stealing from Trucks

DRAFFENVILLE, KY - Three Marshall County men were arrested
Wednesday on theft charges.
According to the Marshall County
Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to Quality Inn in Draffenville
in reference to a theft from two trucks. Police say tools and other
items were taken from the trucks.
The investigation resulted in the
arrest of three men staying at the hotel. Twenty-three-year-old
Samuel Brackett, 21-year-old Hunter Snelling and 20-year-old Alex
Evans, all of Benton, were arrested and charged with theft by
unlawful taking over $500. Deputies said the tools and other items
taken were recovered and returned to the rightful owners.
All three men were lodged in the
Marshall County Detention Center.
