Three Graves County residents were arrested on drug charges Monday. Sheriff Dewayne Redmon said deputies and Kentucky State Troopers were dispatched to a home on Pennebaker Street in Lowes around 10:30 Monday morning in reference to an argument.

As the result of an investigation, deputies arrested 40-year-old Kenneth Ross and 38-year-old Katie Winters, both of Lowes, on charges of possession of controlled substance first degree methamphetamine. They were both lodged in the Graves County Jail.

When police arrived at the scene, Ross was standing in the doorway of the home. Officers said they could tell Ross was under the influence of a stimulant. During a search of the home deputies located a syringe filled with blood and methamphetamine in a bedroom.

Another person at the home, 35-year-old Jessica Lambert of Lowes was subsequently charged with possession of marijuana. She was cited to court and released.
