A Benton man faces drug charges after a Tuesday traffic stop.

According to the Marshall County Sheriff's Department, a deputy saw a vehicle driven by 46-year-old Bronson A. Moore, of Benton on 641 near Memory Gardens. Moore reportedly had an active arrest warrant, so the deputy stopped him. Deputies said they found about 10 grams of marijuana in his pocket, along with a pill bottle containing about a gram of methamphetamine and two prescription pills.

Deputies arrested Moore on the active warrant, and additionally charged him with possession of marijuana, possession of meth and two counts of possession of controlled substance-drug unspecified.
