Traffic Stop Leads to Murray Woman's Drug Arrest

MURRAY - A Murray woman was arrested Saturday on methamphetamine and marijuana charges.

The Murray Police Department said officers conducted a traffic stop on 641 North. During the traffic stop officers located 5 grams of methamphetamine as well as other illegal substances in the vehicle.

Thirty-eight-year-old Mary Harness was charged with two counts of trafficking in controlled substances, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Harness was lodged in the Calloway County Jail.
