Two people were arrested Saturday after a vehicle was spotted at a cemetery where drug activity has been reported.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Department says a deputy saw a vehicle in the Spencer Starks Cemetery, and the department had received several complaints about drug use at that location. The deputy stopped the vehicle on Karen Faye Lane and spoke to the people who were in it.

The driver, Mark Paul Sopcak of Hardin was arrested for DUI 3rd offense, possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a vehicle and driving on a DUI suspended license. The passenger, Kenneth Dean of Hardin, was arrested on a warrant from State Police for failure to comply with sex offender registration.

Both men were taken to Marshall County Detention Center.
