TRIGG COUNTY - A Trigg County man is facing charges after authorities say he violated an emergency protective order on Wednesday.
WKDZ reports that 39-year-old James Sanders was served with an emergency protective order at a home on Bush Road by the Trigg County Sheriff's Department and told to vacate the property.
Authorities say they were called back to the home a short time later after Sanders returned.
Deputies then obtained a search warrant for the home and found him hiding in the attic.
He was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and violation of an emergency protective order.
