Two people have been arrested, one on credit card fraud charges and the other on drug charges.

The Graves County Sheriff's Office began investigating on July 11 after a complaint from the Graves County Fiscal Court. The card allegedly being used fraudulently, was issued to the Graves County Fiscal Court, and had reportedly been used in the New Orleans area in an excess of $8,000.

During the investigation a suspect was named after several transactions were made in the area. Graves County detectives reached out to local law enforcement in New Orleans to help identify the suspect. U.S. Marshals based in that area were able to identify the suspect as 48-year-old Sean Allen Waszily, of Wailuku, Hawaii. At the time of the investigation, Waszily had active fugitive warrants in several states.

After several days of surveillance, the US Marshal's contacted Graves County detectives on Tuesday and informed them that Waszily had been arrested. 48-year-old Mike Ricks of New Orleans was also arrested on a parole warrant out of Louisiana for drugs.

All unauthorized purchases have been credited back to the Graves County Fiscal Court. Police say Waszily will also face federal charges as well as local charges.
