HARDIN, KY - Kentucky State Police have arrested two Marshall County residents after receiving a call of a burglary in progress in Hardin on Wednesday.

Officers say a back door was found open on the property, and 37-year-old Daniel W. Birdsong and 38-year-old Jonni M. Clevinger were located inside the home. 

Birdsong was charged with second-degree burglary, theft under $500, possession of a controlled substance. Clevinger was charged with second degree burglary and theft under $500.

Both were taken to the Marshall County Jail. The investigation is continuing.
