Police conducted a search of the home on Wednesday, where they found synthetic drugs, hydrocodone tablets and a large sum of money believed to be proceeds of illegal drug trafficking.

Deputies said the synthetic drugs were found out in the open in the living room, and a three-year-old child was present at the time of the search. Two adults at the home, Mark Saxton, Jr., and Courtney Saxton, were arrested.

Both were charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, trafficking in synthetic drugs, possession of a controlled substance not in the proper container, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a minor. They were both lodged in the Graves County Jail.
