Marshall County Sheriff's Department was conducting an investigation, and conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle hauling an ATV. The driver, 27-year-old Justin Freeman of Calvert City, told the deputy that the one they were hauling belonged to his passenger, 29-year-old Robert Perry of Calvert City. Further investigation revealed that the four-wheeler had been reported stolen from the Calvert City area.

Both men were arrested and charged with receiving stolen property under $10,000.
