Two More Charged in Stolen Golf Cart Investigation

Marshall County Sheriff's Deputies have filed charges against two additional suspects, after an investigation into seven golf carts that were reported stolen from Kenlake State Park.

Deputies said 41-year-old Billy J. Dismore was arrested Friday and charged with theft by unlawful taking over $10,000 and obscuring the identity of a machine over $10,000. 30-year-old Ian T. Willoughby, of Aurora faces similar charges.

A total of four suspects are now facing charges as a result of the investigation. Deputies arrested 50-year-old Jeffery L. Morrison, of Hardin on Tuesday during a traffic stop on charges of theft by unlawful taking over $10,000, tampering with physical evidence, and obscuring the identity of a machine, and 33-year-old Justin Hanks, of Benton faces charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies said all of the golf carts have been recovered.
