Kentucky State Police began an investigation into irregularities at the Kuttawa City Clerk's Office in July.
Through the investigation, Troopers obtained an arrest warrant on 40-year-old Katie L. Harrison for 24 counts of 2nd degree forgery. State police also obtained an arrest warrant on her husband, 43-year-old Clayton W. Harrison, for 10 counts of 2nd degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
