A Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says crews will be spraying the median along Interstate 24 over the next few days.

Drivers are asked to use appropriate caution when they encounter slow-moving spray trucks and support vehicles working along the passing lane, and should be prepared to slow down and move to the right-hand or driving lane to safely pass this mobile work zone and spray crew caravan.

The crew plans to work Wednesday between the 30 mile marker and the 56 mile marker in Livingston, Lyon, and Caldwell Counties. The slow-moving caravan will move east in the morning, then reverse course and work along the westbound passing lane back to the 30 mile marker.

Motorists are asked to slow down and use appropriate caution when they encounter this caravan.

Depending on weather and other factors, the crew may be back out on additional sections of I-24 over the next few days.
