Woman Arrested for Alleged Intoxication at WalMart

BENTON, KY - A Calloway County woman was arrested Monday at the Benton WalMart after her behavior made customers and employees believe that she was intoxicated.
Marshall County Sheriff's Deputies resonded to the store and two customers indicated the woman's location. When deputies asked her questions she did not answer or was very slow to answer. When asked where she was, the woman told them she was at the Murray WalMart.
Deputies arrested 26-year-old Stephanie King of Murray, and a search of her purse revealed a suboxone prescription and a vial containing several Alprazolam. King was charged with public intoxication - controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree. She was taken to Marshall County Detention Center.
