Woman Charged With Theft From Workplace

A Livingston County woman was arrested for theft of merchandise where she works.

The Livingston County Sheriff's Department was contacted by Dollar General Store in Ledbetter because they suspected someone was taking items. Detectives believe that 47-year-old Theresa L. Cunningham stole multiple items from the store between January and August 2014. The value of the items led to a charge of theft by unlawful taking over $500, which is a class D felony.

She was taken to McCracken County Jail.
