A Graves County woman was arrested Friday for theft of prescription medications.

According to the Graves County Sheriff's Department, a woman reported that her medications, which were controlled substances, were missing. Deputies say their investigation led them to 49-year-old Darlynn Ridenour of Pryorsburg. She had reportedly run some errands for the victim, including picking up a prescription, but deputies say she also bought some over-the-counter Tylenol, and swapped those pills with the prescription before giving the bottle to the victim.

Ridenour was arrested for theft by unlawful taking of a controlled substance and was taken to Graves County Jail.
