Upon arrival, deputies said they noticed a strong odor of alcohol coming from the driver of the car, 20-year-old Daniel Deskins. Deputies also found open beer cans in his car.
Deskins was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle. He was lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.
