First lady Michelle Obama, an outspoken advocate of healthy eating and exercise, says the president and vice president are getting ready to show America ``how they move.''

Mrs. Obama sat down Thursday for a chat with Jimmy Fallon, the new host of NBC's ``Tonight Show,'' and talked about life in the White House, as well as her Let's Move exercise initiative.

She's encouraging Americans to demonstrate how they're exercising. She says ``We want people to Facebook it, Tweet it, Instagram it.'' The hashtag is #LetsMove.

If there's enough response, Mrs. Obama says President Barack Obama and maybe Vice President Joe Biden ``will show us how they move.''

She also promoted her husband's health care law, encouraging young people to enroll before the end of March deadline.
