The Journal News reports that a Warren County, Ohio jury found Froman guilty Tuesday afternoon of aggravated murder in the death of 34-year-old Kim Thomas, after two hours of deliberations.
Froman's sentencing phase will begin Thursday. He could get the death penalty.
Froman was arrested in September 2014, after a multi-state manhunt. Froman kidnapped Thomas from her home and later shot and killed her inside his vehicle while fleeing from the police. Thomas' son was also found dead in the home.
