You might be able to visit Cuba soon if all goes well.  On Wednesday President Obama ordered the restoration of full diplomatic relations with Cuba and the opening of an embassy in Havana for the first time in more than half a century as he vowed to cut loose the shackles of the past and sweep aside one of the last vestiges of the Cold War.

After 18 months of secret talks that produced a prisoner swap negotiated by Pope Francis between President Obama and Cuban Leader Raul Castro, the two sides agreed to let bygones be bygones and move forward with US-Cuban relations.  .
