The scene is still chaotic.  Multiple gunmen remain on the loose inside the Canadian Capitol Building in Ottawa.  Reports of at least 50 shots being fired inside the Canadian Parliament Building.   Government officials say Prime Minister Stephen Harper is safe, but apparently still in the building.  The Canadian House of Commons and Senate remain in a lock down.

The gunmen remain on the loose inside the building.  Media reports state one soldier at the Canadian National War Memorial has also been shot.   This comes on the heels of an incident just two days after two Canadian soldiers were run over - and one of them killed - in Quebec by a man with "jihadist sympathies."
