Bill Clinton, Joe Biden to Attend Ford's Funeral

Bill Clinton and Joe Biden will be in attendance Tuesday at Owensboro's First Baptist Church for the funeral of Wendell Ford, who died last week at the age of 90.    

Ford was chairman of the inaugural ceremonies for former President Clinton's second term, and stood just feet away as Clinton took the oath of office in 1997.    

Vice President Biden served with Ford for several years in the Senate. Biden credits Ford, who served as Senate whip, with helping pass the Violence Against Women Act as part of the Biden Crime Bill.
