The new cases include some West Kentucky Star has reported in Caldwell, Calloway, Christian, and Graves counties. Beshear also announced six new deaths related to the virus, for a total of 37 individuals that have passed away after contracting the virus.
Beshear says they have confirmed 228 recoveries, although his team thinks the number is higher. Over 15,000 Kentuckians have been tested for the virus.
