JACKSON, KY - The daughter of the Breathitt County sheriff has been charged with forgery and abuse of public trust involving proceeds of checks made out to the agency. A grand jury indicted 36-year-old Crystal Southwood on 28 counts of forgery and one count of abuse of public trust. Southwood is the daughter of Sheriff Ray Clemons.
