Kentucky Sheriff's Daughter Charged with Forgery

The daughter of the Breathitt County sheriff has been charged with forgery and abuse of public trust involving proceeds of checks made out to the agency. A grand jury indicted 36-year-old Crystal Southwood on 28 counts of forgery and one count of abuse of public trust. Southwood is the daughter of Sheriff Ray Clemons.
