An FBI agent says a man charged with kidnapping, raping and killing a Tennessee nursing student six years ago told him he got up from bed about two hours after authorities said she was taken from her home.

Matthew Ross testified Tuesday in the trial of Zachary Adams.

Holly Bobo's brother has said that he saw her walking with a man into woods behind the family's home in Parsons on April 13, 2011. Clint Bobo called 911 to report his sister missing at about 8 a.m. that day.

Ross spoke with Adams days after she was reported missing.

Ross said Adams told him that he got up at about 10 or 10:30 a.m. on the day Bobo was taken. Ross says Adams also told him that he then went to a gas station with his brother, John Dylan Adams, and a friend.
